Oklahoma State star running back Chuba Hubbard will return for his redshirt junior season rather than enter the 2020 NFL Draft.
OSU fans became increasingly optimistic earlier this month Hubbard — a Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada native — would return after several athletic department staff members, and football coaches and players tweeted emojis and images of the Canadian flag.
Hubbard ran for an FBS-best 2,094 rushing yards — second only in OSU history to Barry Sanders’ 1988 total of 2,850. Hubbard scored 21 touchdowns and averaged 6.4 yards per rush attempt.
