The Stillwater Newspress is reporting that redshirt freshman defensive end Trey Carter was arrested and charged with larceny late in July. The details, though, the details are very strange.
According to the OSU Police affidavit, Carter and sophomore cornerback Ramon Richards were on the fourth floor of the library July 23. Cory Seth Hopcus was wearing headphones while studying at a desk from 7:20 p.m. to 8 p.m. Hopkins noticed two males walk by, but told police he didn’t think much of it. The males asked another student to help them find the book, “Dust Bowl Diaries.
