A third Cowboy has opted for the transfer portal.
Moussa Cisse on Sunday evening announced his intentions to enter the portal after spending two seasons in Stillwater. Cisse averaged seven points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.9 blocks as a Cowboy. Cisse’s 1.9 blocks a game rank third on OSU’s all-time list. His 116 total blocks as a Poke rank ninth in program history despite Cisse playing in only 61 games.
“Stillwater, I came to this city without knowing anything about it and I will never take for granted the two years that I’ve spent here,” Cisse wrote.
