Jhajuan Keith Seales was arrested Oct. 25 for operating a motor vehicle with a breath or blood alcohol concent .08 or more and for transporting an open container of an intoxicating beverage.
Seales was suspended for the Texas Tech game after being arrested early Oct. 24 for operating a motor vehicle while having a blood or breath alcohol content of .08 and transporting an open container of an intoxicating beverage.
“(He) made a poor decision,” Gundy said.
Seales has 12 catches this season for 164 yards and a touchdown.
He also received a one-game suspension last season after being arrested on a public intoxication complaint after falling asleep in a Whataburger drive-thru.
