A third North Texas offensive lineman has committed to Oklahoma State on this fine Sunday.
Listed at 6-foot-2, 296 pounds, Johnny Dickson made known that he will be a Cowboy, joining fellow former UNT linemen Desmond Magiya and Braydon Nelson.
Dickson allowed just two sacks 430 opportunities this season, per PFF. He graded out as the No. 5 run-blocking guard in the American Conference, as well.
He should have one season of eligibility remaining.
Dickson got to Denton in 2024, playing in 10 games with six starts. Before that, he had spent two seasons at Virginia Tech along with 2025 OSU O-lineman Bob Schick.
