Just before Oklahoma State lost the verbal commitment of three-star point guard Amauri Hardy on Thursday, junior college prospect Corey Davis — who is drawing heavy interest from Oklahoma State — named the Cowboys in his list of top five schools. Davis is a 2017 prospect current playing for San Jacinto College who averaged 17.2 points and shot better than 46 percent from the three-point line last season.
The 6-foot-2, 180-pound sophomore did not hold a scholarship offer from OSU when I spoke with him earlier this week, but he believes he might before it’s said and done.
