The Big 12 Conference released its media-voted Preseason All-Big 12 Team on Wednesday, where Oklahoma State offensive lineman Josh Sills and safety Kolby Harvell-Peel were honored.
Offensive Player of the Year: Spencer Rattler, QB, Oklahoma Entering his senior season, Harvell-Peel has contributed to the Cowboys’ defense since arriving on campus in 2018.
Defensive Player of the Year: Mike Rose, LB, Iowa State
