Jordan Oliver and Alex Dieringer Win Bill Farrell Memorial

The Bill Farrell Memorial Wrestling Tournament took place this past weekend in New York City, N.Y., with a number of former Cowboys competing and two coming out on top.

Alex Dieringer went out for the first time at his new weight class of 86 KG (189.6 pounds) This is quite the weight change from where we first saw him as a freshman at OSU at 157 pounds. Last year Alex competed at 79 KG, which is a non-Olympic weight. In an Olympic year his options become cutting to 74 KG or moving up to 86 KG, and he chose to move up.
