Athletic director Mike Holder seems to have his ducks in a row on the transition process to whoever will be the next men’s basketball coach for Oklahoma State.
Travis Ford and the Cowboys agreed to part ways on Friday. And in the aftermath, Holder has a pretty extensive plan in place to make sure the next year and beyond will go as smoothly as possible.
In a meeting with the local media on Saturday, Holder tagged James Dickey as the interim head basketball coach to smooth the transition.
“I think the players trust (Dickey) and like him,” Holder told the Tulsa World.
