Jalen McCleskey left the OSU football team this week, after only four games. Under the NCAA redshirt policy, a season in which a player who plays in no more than four games retains that season of eligibility. So McCleskey is leaving OSU, with the idea of transferring and replaying his senior season.

Mike Gundy said McCleskey was bothered by the lack of passes coming his way, even though McCleskey was threatening to crack the top five in all-time Cowboy catches and was averaging 3.75 catches per game this season, down barely a blip from the 3.85 he averaged last season.
