Hubbard leads FBS in rushing, feels 'great' heading into Big 12 play

Oklahoma State has the nation's leading rusher heading into conference play.

Chuba Hubbard, the starting running back on the OSU football team, leads the FBS in rushing yards with 521 after three weeks of action in a very young college football season.

In OSU's 40-21 victory against Tulsa last weekend, Hubbard accumulated 256 rushing yards, a new career-high, and accounted for both touchdowns scored in OSU's two opening offensive drives. The first was a 75-yard burst on the first play from scrimmage in the contest. He added another breakaway score on the second drive and a third to secure the game in the final quarter.
