High Noon Highlights (8/7): A look at the Cowboy Backs

It’s high noon...

Position outlook- Cowboy Backs:

The O’Colly’s Ryan Novozinsky gave a solid preview of one of the most interesting position for the 2020 Cowboys.

Woods, who will most likely be the starter this season, has excellent size and blocking ability. At 6-foot-7 and 276 pounds, Woods possesses a surprising amount of athleticism for his frame. This, mixed in with his strength, allows him to easily seal the edge, check the defensive end and thrive in blocking on the second level.

All of this is combined with precise route running, good hands and quickness makes him a viable threat in the passing game— if new offensive coordinator Kasey Dunn’s offense includes this in the game plan.
