The decision to bench Ethan Bullock for Shane Illingworth
It didn’t take long for Shane Illingworth to make his mark on the OSU v. Tulsa game. Illingworth led OSU across the field with ease, finding Tylan Wallace multiple times in his first snaps as a Cowboy. His impact was best shown by OSU’s sudden increase in receptions in the fourth quarter.
Illingworth looked comfortable, making plays the Cowboys needed. It opened the holes for Chuba Hubbard and LD Brown to gain positive yards.
