After victories this past weekend, Ashenafi Hatte and Sinclaire Johnson received Big 12 Runner of the Week awards on Tuesday.
Hatte has led the way for the Oklahoma State men’s cross-country team in the past two meets, finishing first for the Cowboys in each of them.
Hatte finished first overall alongside teammate Isai Rodriguez at the Arturo Barrios Invitational in College Station, Texas, this past weekend. He ran a time of 23:52.7 in the men’s 8K.
Johnson, a Cowgirl cross-country runner, continued her standout season at the Arturo Barrios Invitational with her second individual victory this fall.
