Smith, OSU’s wrestling coach, oversaw a day of losses at day one of the NCAA Wrestling Tournament in Detroit, Michigan.
Seven Cowboys remain after day one of the NCAA Tournament — two in the quarterfinals while the rest survive in the consolation bracket.
“Some good,” Smith said.
