Tulsa linebacker, Justin Wright, officially announced his intention to transfer to OSU on social media, becoming the first commitment for the Cowboys out of the transfer portal in the 2023 class.
“I am so thankful and blessed for these four years at (Tulsa) and for the friendships I’ve made and will keep forever,” Wright said on a social media post.
