Former 5-star recruit, sister to join Cowgirls

Jim Littell found success with graduate transfer Loryn Goodwin this season, and next season another impactful transfer will join the Oklahoma State women’s basketball team.

A former standout at Argyle High in Texas, Vivian Gray announced Friday on Twitter she and her older sister Olivia Gray are transferring and will play in Stillwater.

Vivian Gray, who finished as a five-star prospect and the No. 45 player in the 2017 ESPN HoopGurlz rankings, shocked the college basketball world November 2016 when she signed with Division II Fort Lewis in Durango, Colorado. In high school, she had offers from top Division I programs, including Oklahoma State, Baylor, Texas and Oklahoma.
