Despite outscoring his opponents 41-0 in the first four matches, Fix was defeated by Magomedov in the United World Wrestling 61 kg Senior World Championship final Sunday afternoon at Jordal Amfi in Oslo, Norway.
Fix will return to Stillwater with a silver medal, his first podium finish at the senior level.
