Finding a way without Tre: Defense stymies Broncos offense in second half

The first 25 minutes were ugly.

The Boise State Broncos galloped to a 20-7 lead over Oklahoma State halfway through the second quarter.

Then it all clicked.

The Cowboys defense went on to hold the Broncos to 81 total yards and zero points for the remainder of the game.

This allowed the Cowboys offense to take a 21-20 lead at halftime. The score would remain the same for the entire second half, resulting in another close Cowboy victory.

The OSU defense was without safety Tre Sterling tonight, who did not travel with the team to Boise due to an injury.
