Ferrari charged with third-degree burglary, one count of petit larceny

The charges continue for former OSU wrestler AJ Ferrari.

The 2021 197-pound national champion was charged with third-degree burglary on Wednesday by the Payne County District Attorney's Office.

The alleged incident happened on July 17, two weeks after his sexual battery charge which is an ongoing process. His burglary charge includes a count of petit larceny. Ferrari pleaded not guilty to his sexual battery charge and posted bail after he was booked on Aug. 3.

The Cowboy wrestling team released Ferrari in July. He became the third true freshman in OSU history to win an NCAA championship.
