Tuesday, Oklahoma State guard Jawun Evans received honorable mention recognition on the Associated Press’ All-America team.
The nod sets up Evans for a potential NCAA Consensus All-American spot. Players must earn multiple All-American honors to be considered. Evans earned Sporting News All-America Third Team status earlier in March.
The award adds to Evans’ growing list of accomplishments, which includes three conference Player of the Week awards this season and last season’s conference Freshman of the Year award.
