With exits from Avery Anderson, Kalib Boone and Moussa Cisse, Oklahoma State coach Mike Boynton now officially has some scholarships to hit the transfer portal with.
Boynton and staff have been active in the transfer market, reportedly reaching out to more than 20 players since the portal opened. East Carolina transfer Javon Small was one of the early guys the Cowboys reportedly looked at, and now Small is set to get onto OSU’s campus this week, along with visiting Ohio State and Oklahoma, according to Jon Rothstein.
Small missed about half of the Pirates’ season after suffering a knee injury, but in the 18 games he did play in as a sophomore, Small averaged 15.
