A pair of OSU baseball standouts earned All-American honors on Thursday as third baseman Christian Encarnacion-Strand and pitcher Justin Campbell were both named to the Collegiate Baseball All-America Second Team.
The duo gives OSU baseball a grand total of 121 All-Americans during the program’s proud history. They are the eighth and ninth to earn that distinction under Josh Holliday, who has helmed the program for nine seasons.
Encarnacion-Strand has started all 53 games for the Cowboys at third base in his first season with the program and has been one of the most prolific bats in the country, hitting .
