Depth sparks second-half turnaround for OSU defense

The Cowboys went into the locker room trailing the Wildcats 28-20, and the eventual 36-34 victory looked far out of sight with the way the defense had performed. Before Saturday, the most points OSU had given up in a game this season was 27 against Texas. Kansas State passed that mark in the first half.

“It’s hard to put your finger on it,” OSU defensive coordinator Glenn Spencer said.
