The favorite: Arizona State leads Ngata’s crystal ball predictions, with 56 percent of insiders believing the Sun Devils are the favorite. Rivals, however, has Oklahoma State as the favorite, with 70 percent of analysts pegging the Cowboys as the frontrunner ahead of Clemson.
