New Oklahoma State quarterback Dru Brown has a track record of overcoming odds and climbing depth charts – a trend to watch as he sets his sights this summer.
“It’s frustrating because certain guys, if you don’t hit the measurables, they won’t even talk to you about ’em,” (Brown’s high school coach) told The Athletic. “And Dru is special. He’s a special competitor, and he’s got that ‘it’ factor that I really love. I’ve coached bigger guys with stronger arms, but boy, on a Friday night in our games, I want that guy on my side for sure.
