Although the Oklahoma State women's tennis team dropped its opponents quickly, coach Chris Young said he thinks the Cowgirls need to greatly improve.
OSU defeated Abilene Christian 6-1 and Oral Roberts 4-0 to start its 2018 season at Michael and Anne Greenwood Tennis Center.
Fans saw efficient matches from the Cowgirls, but Young pinpointed little things he wants them to do better in the future.
“As the competition level picks up, we gotta hone in a little bit more, make the matches a little bit better,” Young said.
The Cowgirls quickly started their campaign against ACU, winning the doubles point in 6-0 and 6-1 matches.
