Oklahoma State hit three home runs as the Cowgirls defeated Drake, 5-0, on Sunday to go undefeated in the OSU/Tulsa Invitational over the weekend in Stillwater.
Redshirt freshman Kelly Maxwell and senior Logan Simunek combined in the circle to blank Drake. OSU went 5-0 in the tournament, pitching three shutouts. Maxwell earned the win on Sunday, fanning seven and allowing four hits in four innings of work.
Shortstop Kiley Naomi led off the game with a home run and Alysen Febrey hit two dingers, including a two-run blast in the fifth. Febrey had three hits and three RBI in the game.
