Cowgirls adapting to change heading into season

Many new Oklahoma State women’s basketball players are running up and down Eddie Sutton Court.

OSU enters a transition year after losing four of its top-five scorers from last season, including seniors Kaylee Jensen, Loryn Goodwin and Mandy Coleman.

The loss of Jensen and Coleman down low will force the Cowgirls to change their style of play from past seasons. The new system will place more emphasis on guards and aim to push the pace.

OSU coach Jim Littell said his team is coming along, but will take time for the Cowgirls to get fully comfortable in the offense.
