On Saturday, the Cowboy family honored the 10 victims of the tragic plane crash on January 27, 2001, against Arkansas. It was a perfect matchup, given that Eddie Sutton famously coached at both respective schools, and he coached at OSU when the tragedy happened.
OSU came out with an 81-77 victory, a win that means a lot to the team after learning what Remember The Ten is about.
“Coach Mike and the whole administration came and talked to us and let us know how big of a deal it is and how serious it was back then,” Cade Cunningham said.
