Cowboys capitalize on Little Rock's defensive mishaps for fourth-inning scoring outburst

The fourth-inning scoring frenzy started with Dylan Gardner and an unusual illegal catch.

Gardner, the Oklahoma State baseball team’s starting second baseman, waited at third base. The Cowboys had loaded the bases against Little Rock, and OSU third baseman Andrew Navigato stood at the plate.

After Hayden Arnold, a Little Rock relief pitcher, threw the ball, catcher Garrett Scott broke a rule.
