Cowboy tennis topples Omaha, Creighton in doubleheader

Mathieu Scaglia knew he had not played well.

After winning the first set against Omaha’s Davis Lawley 6-3, Scaglia had only managed to squeak out an 11-9 victory in the tiebreaker to keep the Oklahoma State men's tennis team's perfect score alive. He was not about to cut it close again.

OSU would defeat Omaha and Creighton without dropping a match, playing out all seven individual matches for matching scores of 7-0 in each victory, respectively.

“For myself, I started off pretty bad so my first match in singles was not great.” Scaglia said. “I picked it up and played good in the second match.
