The Oklahoma State Cowboys got off to a good start on day one of the 2022 Columbus Regional, shooting 4-under as a team Monday.
At the regional hosted by Ohio State University on the par-71 Scarlet Course, Eugenio Lopez-Chacarra led the way for the Cowboys, finishing the day one shot off the lead. Despite starting with bogeys on his first two holes, he was able to put together a solid 2-under round, including four birdies on the back nine.
Aman Gupta and Bo Jin are also in the top five after day one, both shooting a 1-under 70 to be two back of the lead.
