Cowboy Chronicles podcast: Clint Chelf gives an insider's perspective on a quarterback competition

Oklahoma State quarterbacks Dru Brown and Spencer Sanders aren't available to speak to the media about the ins and outs of their competition to be the Cowboys' starting quarterback.

But Enid native and former Poke Clint Chelf joined the Cowboy Chronicles podcast to provide some insight into what it was like when he competed with J.W. Walsh and Wes Lunt in 2012, and then shared time with Walsh in 2013.

Chelf talks to The Oklahoman's Scott Wright and Jacob Unruh about the challenges and emotions he faced while trying to win the job. He also discusses the difficulties of adapting to a new offensive coordinator -- he had four in his five years at OSU -- and what it's like in Enid with former Cowboy star Rashaun Woods taking over the high school program.
