Coronavirus in Oklahoma: OSU cancels Cowgirl Invitational softball tournament

STILLWATER — After initially adjusting the schedule, Oklahoma State has instead canceled all of the softball games in the Cowgirl Invitational.

The Columbia softball team first dropped out of the Cowgirl Invitational, leaving Oklahoma State to adjust the schedule for the event. But the university cited concerns over COVID-19 in its decision to cancel all games for the weekend.

OSU's next scheduled game is Wednesday at Georgia, but no determinations have been made regarding the schedule beyond this weekend.
