No one really expected Calvin Bundage to play football again after having back surgery last year.
Coaches, doctors and even family members didn’t see the Oklahoma State redshirt senior linebacker returning to the field. But one person did — himself.
Bundage sat out last season with a back injury, meeting with as many as eight doctors to find one who would give a chance at playing again.
“This last year has just been battling through adversity trying to get back on the field,” Bundage said Wednesday during his media availability.
