Oklahoma State men's basketball coach Mike Boyton has hired Erik Pastrana, an assistant coach at Florida Atlantic University, to his staff.
The hiring was first reported by CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein on Monday.
Pastrana helped head coach Dusty May and the Owls to a 17-16 record and a birth in the College Insider Postseason Tournament.
Boyton and Pastrana previously worked together under former OSU coach Brad Underwood at Stephen F. Austin.
Pastrana has also coached at Florida International University, Daytona State, Northwest Florida State and Labette Community College.
