And now Kansas State waits. The Wildcats are firmly on the NCAA bubble to become the sixth Big 12 team in the 68-team NCAA Tournament bracket. As we count down to the NCAA selection committee's announcement on Sunday afternoon, K-State appears to be one of the last at-large teams in the field, but at least one game Sunday still could knock KSU out. The Atlantic-10 championship game, which features Rhode Island vs. Virginia Commonwealth. Rhode Island is a bubble team, too, and winning the A-10 would lift the Rams into the field for sure and take a precious at-large berth.
