Oklahoma is no longer undefeated as the Sooners fell to Kansas State on the road 48-41. OU led for most of the first half but surrendered the lead just before halftime. K-State led the rest of the game and at one point led 48-23. The Sooners’ comeback bid fell short after an illegal touching call on an attempted onside kick. Jalen Hurts threw for 395 yards but just one touchdown. He did run for three scores, but it wasn’t enough. OU is off next week before hosting Iowa State.
