The Big 12 board of executives approved the admittance of the University of Arizona to the conference late Thursday night, first reported by Yahoo Sports.
Arizona would be the second Pac-12 team to join the Big 12 in the past week, following Colorado. No timeline for when UA would join the conference has been shared.
