In its last game, No. 8 Baylor lost for just the second time this season, falling 75-71 to No. 24 Iowa State. The Cyclones poked a hole in the stout Baylor armor, proving that the usually impenetrable Lady Bears can be beaten. The Cowgirls will need to strike with precision and force in order to exploit the crack, but it can be done. However, capitalizing on a Baylor loss is not easy to do. In the last two seasons, after each Baylor loss, the Lady Bears have beaten their opponents by an average of 27 points.
