Oklahoma State added the second commit to its 2020 class in DeSoto High School (Texas) cornerback Jabbar Muhammad, according to GoPokes.com. At Saturday’s spring game, the Cowboys received a pledge from four-star in-state offensive tackle Eli Russ.
On Monday, they gained a crucial DB commit with family ties to Stillwater. Muhammad, the 5-foot-10, 165-pound prospect, is a first cousin of current Cowboy corner A.J. Green.
But that wasn’t all that attracted the high school junior, according to GoPokes. The new defensive scheme currently being implemented by first-year DC Jim Knowles has Muhammad excited about playing in orange.
