I think more than anything right now, I’m really appreciating the fact that I’m given the opportunity to even do the sport of gymnastics.
If I look back on the younger years, I think we don’t realize that when we’re little we don’t even see the end of gymnastics. I didn’t at all ever think about the fact that my career would be over and the fact that under these circumstances, it was ended so quickly.
It’s just making me way more appreciative of the sport I’ve spent most of my life doing.
