The starting quarterback position at Oklahoma is unsettled heading into the summer, and an Oklahoma fan named Eric Kiper decided to have some fun with the competition. Kiper posted a video on his YouTube channel entitled “Oklahoma Quarterback Derby” and it’s a parody of the Green Day hit “Minority.”
The lyrics, performed by Ryan Snipes, are pretty catchy and the images featuring the QB candidates as band members are quite funny. Redshirt freshman Justice Hansen is no longer part of the quarterback equation for the Sooners after today, but he’s still included in the video alongside Baker Mayfield, Cody Thomas and Trevor Knight.
