OU student Amelia Molitor's legal team renewed it request to suppress the surveillance video of the July 2014 incident at a Norman restaurant, when she was punched in the face by Oklahoma RB Joe Mixon, according to The Oklahoman.
Molitor originally filed to suppress the video in July of this year, citing victim's rights considerations. However, she withdrew the request in October.
Molitor's refiling for suppression comes two days after the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters, which was suing the city of Norman for access to the video.
