New year, new slogan for the Big 12 Conference.
The 10-team conference came under a lot of fire last year for its "One True Champion" mantra, and that was even before TCU and Baylor had to share the Big 12 football title. The co-champions label ultimately cost the two schools a chance at a College Football Playoff spot.
On the first day of Big 12 Football Media Days on Monday, the first big change was evident. The "One True Champion" slogan wasn't out front, instead replaced by "Every Game Matters," which could be seen behind commissioner Bob Bowlsby during his opening press conference.
