A trailer for 'Athlete A,' a documentary centering on former OU gymnast Maggie Nichols' sexual assault allegations against Larry Nassar of USA Gymnastics, was released Tuesday.
Nichols was the first to report abuse by Nassar, who was sentenced to up to 175 years in prison in 2018. Along with Nichols, notable gymnasts Simone Biles, Gabby Douglas and McKayla Maroney reported Nassar of assault.
The first shot of the trailer features Nichols in a Crimson leotard, and also features a clip from her interview featured in the documentary.
"I was like, 'Does he do this to you,'" Nichols said.
