1. Adrian Frye, Texas Tech
In his freshman season in 2018, Adrian Frye led the Big 12 with 18 combined pass breakups (13) and interceptions (5). And that was while playing behind Jah'Shawn Johnson and Vaughnte Dorsey, both of whom won't be on the roster in 2019. Frye will have more opportunities in 2019 and should be poised to be among the conference's best defensive backs yet again.
2. Kenny Robinson, West Virginia
Robinson vastly improved upon his freshman season.
