Sooners rise one spot in Coaches Poll, hold steady in AP Top 25 after shootout with Texas Tech

Oklahoma rose one spot to No. 15 in the Coaches Poll Sunday after its 66-59 win over Texas Tech in Lubbock. The Sooners (5-2, 4-0 Big 12) held steady at No. 16 in the AP Top 25.

OU and Texas Tech combined for the most total yards of any two teams in FBS history Saturday. Oklahoma RB Joe Mixon became the first player to accrue 200 rushing yards and 100 receiving yards in a game while Tech QB Patrick Mahomes' 819 yards of total offense set an FBS single-game record.
