OU's Nichols wins NCAA Inspiration Award
Oklahoma gymnast Maggie Nichols has been named as the winner of the 2018 NCAA Inspiration Award.
Nichols is one of hundreds of athletes who have spoken out over the past year about the abuse suffered at the hands of former USA Gymnastics and Michigan State team doctor, Larry Nassar.
Nassar was sentenced in January to up to 175 years in prison in January for sexually abusing more than 150 girls and women.
Nichols was the first gymnast to come forward about the sexual abuse inflicted by Nassar.
